How do I choose the correct wetsuit size?
We recommend using our detailed size guide which factors in height and weight. If you fall between sizes, we suggest sizing up for comfort or contacting our fit experts for a personalized recommendation.
What is your return policy for performance wear?
You can return any unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure tags are attached and the item is in a resalable condition.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our high-performance triathlon and cycling gear worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout.
How should I care for my HUUB wetsuit?
Rinse your wetsuit in fresh water after every use, avoid direct sunlight when drying, and never use a washing machine. Store it on a wide-shaper hanger to prevent shoulder creasing.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
All HUUB products come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage, fingernail tears in neoprene, or general wear and tear from heavy use.
Can I change my order after it has been placed?
We aim to process orders as quickly as possible. If you need to make a change, please contact our support team immediately. Once an order has reached the packing stage, we are unable to modify it.
