Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Ensure all products are in their original condition with tags attached, and securely pack them to prevent damage during transit.
Ship to HUUB
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
